A Los Angeles-based investment firm is seeking to hire an Associate to join its team. The firm operates as a generalist investor with a primary focus on the business services sectors, offering broad exposure across a range of industries and transactions.
Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking (preferred) or in Private Equity
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
• Experience working on live transactions and managing multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate immediately!
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, modeling, and valuation
• Conduct industry and company research across business services sectors
• Prepare investment materials, presentations, and client deliverables
• Assist with due diligence processes and coordination with external advisors
• Work closely with senior team members on deal execution and portfolio company initiatives
