We’re working with one of the most respected middle-market private equity platforms with a strong track record in software and technology investing, and they're looking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to its team in Los Angeles.
This is an active investment seat where you would partner with founder-led and growth-oriented businesses across software, tech-enabled services, and data-driven platforms. The strategy centers on driving value through operational improvements, strategic initiatives, and M&A.
This hands-on position would allow you to gain valuable exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio company support. You will also work closely with senior leadership and management teams, gaining meaningful responsibility and visibility from day one.
Requirements:
- Background in Investment Banking or Private Equity (for the Senior Associate role)
- Experience covering TMT / software sectors
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
- Willingness to work out of Los Angeles fully onsite
