The firm has built a strong reputation for partnering with founder- and family-owned businesses and executing control-oriented investments with a hands-on, value creation–driven approach.
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in investment banking (M&A, or leveraged finance)
- Experience at a top-tier investment bank or elite boutique
- Strong technical skillset, including advanced financial modeling and valuation
- Clear interest in private equity and long-term investing
- Ties to Los Angeles / California preferred
The Role
The Associate will be an integral member of the investment team, working closely with senior professionals across all aspects of the deal lifecycle, including:
- Sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities
- Building and owning detailed financial models and investment analyses
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with external advisors
- Supporting portfolio company initiatives and strategic value creation efforts
