About the Role
The investment Banking - Associate role offers hands-on involvement in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory assignments, and capital raising transactions across multiple industries and transaction sizes. Associates work closely with senior team members and global colleagues throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including analysis, financial modeling, negotiation support, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the origination and execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch materials, and internal briefing documents
- Conduct company, sector, and market research to support transaction execution and business development
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Assist with transaction execution to ensure timely and successful closings
- Review and provide guidance on work prepared by junior team members
- Participate in client meetings, management presentations, and site visits
- Collaborate with colleagues across advisory, financing, and sector teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Respond to internal information requests related to regional companies and markets
Qualifications & Competencies
- 3-6 years of experience in M&A at an investment bank, advisory boutique, or specialized financial modeling and valuation firm
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation
- Solid understanding of M&A and corporate finance advisory processes
- High level of attention to detail with strong commercial judgment
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and concisely
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in mentoring and supporting junior professionals
- FINRA licensing (e.g., Series 7 or 79 and 63), or willingness to obtain
