BrightTower is a modern NYC-based middle-market investment bank that has grown from zero to 40 employees in under six years - and we're not slowing down. We advise founder-led and PE-backed companies on sell-side M&A transactions in the $100M-$800M+ enterprise value range, with deep focus across the information, tech-enabled, and B2B services sectors, and an emphasis across the marketing & communications ecosystem.
Our deal flow reflects the strength of the platform: a balanced buyer universe of financial sponsors and strategic acquirers, a client base split between entrepreneur exits and sponsor processes, and a consistent track record of sophisticated transactions across the full spectrum of middle-market M&A.
