Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Post-Grad Investment Banking position located in New York, NY. As an intern, you will work on small, lean deal teams alongside senior bankers, giving you direct exposure to live M&A transactions and meaningful responsibility from day one. You will assist on client matters, financial analysis, presentations, and due diligence.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and a solid understanding of core finance concepts
- Knowledge of investments and experience with due diligence processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfort with (or curiosity about) using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and workflow
- Previous internship experience in finance, investment banking, or a related field is a strong advantage
