We are delighted to be partnering with a leading investment bank in their search for a talented Investment Banking Associate to join their healthcare team in New York. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates coming from strong investment banking platforms who are looking to step into a highly active advisory environment with significant transaction exposure and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute live healthcare M&A transactions and strategic advisory mandates from origination through closing.
- Conduct in-depth valuation analysis, financial modelling and industry research to support client engagements across the healthcare sector.
- Build and review complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, merger models and comparable company/ transaction analysis.
Requirements:
- Must have an MBA.
- Associate 2/3 currently working within a reputable investment bank.
- Strong M&A transaction experience within investment banking is essential.
Please note that healthcare experience is not required.
