We are seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join our Miami-based investment team, focused on opportunities within the industrials sector. The Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals on all aspects of the deal lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis for potential transactions
- Support due diligence processes, including industry research and coordination with external advisors
- Assist in preparing investment committee materials and deal presentations
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives with management teams
- Perform market and industry analysis within the industrials sector
Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Interest in industrials and middle-market investing
