Key Responsibilities
• Analyze dealership financial statements, KPIs, and operating metrics
• Build financial models, valuations, and return analyses
• Prepare confidential information memoranda (CIMs), pitch decks, and presentations
• Conduct buyer research, outreach coordination, and due diligence support
• Assist with transaction structuring and closings
• Manage CRM pipeline reporting and deal tracking
Qualifications:
• 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, accounting, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Understanding of valuation methodologies and accounting principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
