The firm has built a strong reputation for executing complex middle-market M&A and capital markets transactions, working closely with founders, management teams, and investors to deliver strategic outcomes.
They are now looking for an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate to join their team in New York.
This is a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial platform where team members take on significant responsibility across the full deal lifecycle and work directly with senior bankers and company leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial modeling and valuation analysis
Supporting sell-side and buy-side M&A processes
Managing diligence and coordinating transaction workflows
Candidate Profile
Prior investment banking experience
Multiple closed middle-market software M&A transactions
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
