We have partnered with a global investment bank who is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its Healthcare M&A team in New York, driven by continued deal activity and a strong forward pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across the Healthcare sector
- Build and review detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and operating cases
- Prepare marketing materials including CIMs, management presentations, and buyer materials
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes and data rooms
- Support senior bankers in client interaction, buyer outreach, and process management
- Work closely with management teams, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyers
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of investment banking experience (Associate level)
- Prior exposure to Healthcare transactions preferred
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Experience working on lean deal teams with meaningful execution responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients and senior stakeholders
