Role Description
The Associate role is a full-time hybrid position based in New York, NY, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Associate will support sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments, conducting market research, financial and strategic analysis, and due diligence on potential opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, preparing investment memos and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Associates are expected to collaborate closely with senior team members, participate in meetings with founders and operators, and help drive high-quality decision-making across the firm.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis.
- Background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a similar analytical role. A minimum of 3 years working experience preferred.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in AI technologies, energy and infrastructure, and consumer or experiential businesses preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and presentations.
- High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, collaborating both in-person and remotely with global teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
