This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative private equity team where Associates are actively involved across the entire investment lifecycle, from due diligence and execution to portfolio management.
The team is specifically seeking candidates with transaction experience in Tech Enabled Services, offering exposure to high quality investments in one of the market's most active sectors.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant investment banking or private equity experience
- Transaction experience within Tech Enabled Services
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent commercial and analytical judgment
- A desire to work in a lean, entrepreneurial investment team where you'll have real responsibility and visibility
