Associate Responsibilities
- Support the execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital raising transactions
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and operating models
- Prepare client presentations, board materials, marketing documents, and transaction materials
- Conduct industry, market, and company research
- Coordinate due diligence processes and support transaction execution
- Work directly with senior bankers and client management teams on live mandates
- Mentor and develop Analysts within the group
Vice President Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A and capital markets transactions
- Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact throughout transaction processes
- Oversee financial analyses, valuation work, and transaction materials
- Coordinate internal and external workstreams across live deals
- Participate in business development initiatives and client coverage efforts
- Mentor junior bankers and support team development
- Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the energy advisory platform
Qualifications
- Associate: 3-6 years of investment banking experience
- Vice President: 6+ years of investment banking experience
- Prior experience in M&A, corporate finance, or energy investment banking preferred
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in the energy, infrastructure, and energy transition sectors
