Position
Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a motivated individual with a proven track record as an investment banking Analyst to join the Investment Banking team. As part of the team, the Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a variety of assignments, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions; divestitures and spin-off engagements; capital-raising (debt and equity); special committee engagements; direct investments and co-investments; and, more broadly, evaluation of strategic alternatives.
Responsibilities

We are seeking an academically and professionally accomplished Analyst with the ability to multitask. This position comes with challenging work and a demanding environment in a rapidly growing firm.
Analyst Work Will Include
- Performing financial analysis and modeling, utilizing various valuation techniques
- Drafting materials for client meetings
- Preparing memoranda for internal and external use
- Conducting financial and other business-related research
- Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes
- Engaging in client-facing situations
- Assisting in the execution of transactions
- Participating in talent development efforts, including recruiting and training
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as an investment banking Analyst, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and financial databases

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $110,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
