The team advises on high-quality, strategic M&A transactions across Food & Beverage, Beauty & Personal Care, Consumer Services, and Branded Consumer Products, operating in a lean, execution-focused environment.
Responsibilitie
- sDrive execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across the Consumer secto
- rBuild and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and operating case
- sPrepare marketing materials including CIMs, management presentations, and buyer material
- sCoordinate due diligence processes and data room managemen
- tSupport senior bankers in client interaction, buyer outreach, and process managemen
- tWork directly with management teams, private equity sponsors, and strategic buyer
