A leading US Investment Bank is looking to add an Investment Banking Associate & VP into its Power, Infrastructure & Renewables team in New York.
This is a high performing group where an Associate will gain enviable levels of commercial and project exposure from day one. You will be an integral member of the team helping to drive the origination of further mandates from its existent international client base and to help lead the execution of live projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification, development, and origination of new advisory projects across M&A
- Lead role in supporting the execution of live projects
- Maintain client relationships while being an internal/external point of contact for relevant stakeholders
- Mentor, train, and manage the junior team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of M&A and/or Investment Banking experiences from a tier 1 institution
- Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA with a focus in finance, economics, business, mathematics
- Established track record working on the PUI & Renewables investment banking space
- Capability to work independently or as part of a global team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
