Private Equity Associate – San Francisco
A San Francisco–based healthcare investment platform is looking to add an Associate to its investment team. The firm focuses on partnering with and scaling companies across medical devices, healthcare technology, diagnostics, and other innovation-driven areas of healthcare, taking a long-term approach to building value through strategic and operational support. The Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals on all aspects of the deal process, including opportunity evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, market research, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. The role also offers exposure to working alongside management teams and industry experts to help drive growth and execute strategic initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably within healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or a related industry group.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with experience supporting live transactions.
- Exposure to M&A, strategic advisory, or capital markets engagements.
- Interest in principal investing and healthcare innovation.
