Opportunity

We are looking to hire an Analyst to actively participate across a range of M&A advisory assignments. You will be a valued team member, working on live deals and pitches, contributing to origination efforts, and collaborating closely with senior bankers. We run a lean, high-performing organization and are looking for ambitious, proactive candidates who take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and take ownership of their work.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the origination and execution of M&A transactions for corporate and private equity clients across North America and Europe
Preparation of pitch books, deal marketing materials, investor materials, and sector newsletters
Assisting with transaction execution, including due diligence coordination and process management
Building financial models, performing company valuations across a range of methodologies, and financial analysis
Conducting in-depth market and industry research
Communicating findings and analysis clearly to both internal pitch or deal teams and external stakeholders
Taking ownership of internal workstreams and contributing actively to the expansion of our US coverage activities

What we’re looking for

We are seeking motivated early-career professionals or recent graduates with at least 6 months experience in investment banking (full-time or internship):

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University / College, with a strong background in quantitative skills
Hands-on experience with financial modeling and the ability to read, interpret, and analyze financial statements with confidence
Understanding of valuation methodologies and applications, along with strong financial and computer skills, with strong analytical abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, other languages are highly appreciated
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to work from the New York office at least twice per week
