About the Role
Investment Banking Internship - fully remote.
You will support the deal team across financial modeling, due diligence, market and industry analysis, and evaluation of investment opportunities. Additional work includes preparing client materials and supporting live financing and M&A transactions end to end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build and maintain financial models for live and prospective transactions
• Support due diligence workstreams across sectors
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis
• Evaluate potential investment opportunities and contribute to investment memoranda
• Prepare pitch decks, teasers, and information memoranda
• Assist with execution of financing and M&A transactions
• Collaborate with the team on client deliverables and live deal processes
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in financial modeling and a solid grasp of corporate finance
• Familiarity with conducting due diligence in transaction processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
COMPENSATION
This is a commission-based internship. There is no fixed base salary.

• Discretionary bonuses awarded by the CEO and Founder based on quality of work, ownership, and impact
• Uncapped upside - earnings scale with the size and number of deals you help execute
The structure is designed for self-starters who want skin in the game and meaningful ownership of their work, rather than a fixed hourly stipend.
LOCATION AND HOURS
Fully remote, US-based candidates preferred.
