Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute private equity investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and diligence
- Support strategic advisory engagements
- Participate in transaction execution across buyouts, minority investments, and structured opportunities
- Develop investment theses and industry perspectives across targeted sectors
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or private equity
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated interest in long-term, relationship-driven investing
- Intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a lean team environment
