The firm is actively expanding its Healthcare Investment Banking team in Denver due to strong deal flow and a healthy transaction pipeline.
This is a hands‑on Analyst opportunity offering meaningful client exposure, responsibility across the full deal lifecycle, and close collaboration with senior bankers on complex healthcare transactions. Responsibilities:
- Perform in‑depth industry, company, and financial analysis across healthcare sectors
- Build and review financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, and transaction scenarios
- Prepare client‑facing materials such as pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and management presentations
- Support due diligence and transaction execution across M&A and capital markets mandates
- Work closely with senior bankers on strategic advisory initiatives and business development efforts
Qualifications:
- 1.5 + years of Investment Banking experience
- A background in the Healthcare sector with meaningful M&A transaction experience is preferred but not required at the Analyst level
- M&A and Capital Markets deal experience
- MBA or Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields
