Dynamic, large family office seeks Investment Associate to support the investment's team. This is a blended role and the firm is seeking a self starter who wants to learn and advance within the firm.
Duties:
-Modeling Acquisitions for Industrial, Retail, and MF investments utilizing Excel and Argus
-Work with deal lead to draft IC Memo and assist in presenting
-Assisting deal team with due diligence on new investments
-Reviewing performance data for existing investments and evaluating strategy
Requirements:
-2-4 years of experience in investment banking, PE, real estate investment
-Advanced Excel and Argus
-Bachelor's degree from a top university
