We are currently supporting a global middle market investment bank on hiring an Associate to join their Healthcare M&A team in Chicago. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing platform with strong deal flow, working alongside senior bankers on a wide range of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions across the MedTech and Healthcare Services verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Suppot on the execution of buy and sell-side M&A mandates
- Develop and manage detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials
- Conduct industry research and company analysis across healthcare subsectors
- Coordinate due diligence processes and interact with clients, investors, and other advisors
- Mentor and oversee Analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient execution
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, preferably with exposure to healthcare
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
