A well-established investment bank is looking to appoint Senior Analysts and Associates to join their Consumer M&A team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced investment banking professional with a strong technical background and a proven track record in executing complex M&A transactions.
You will play a key role in deal execution and delivering high-quality analysis and strategic insight to senior stakeholders and clients. The role requires a combination of technical excellence, commercial judgement and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the execution of M&A transactions end-to-end
- Building, reviewing, and refining complex financial models to support deal activity
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating internal and external parties
- Preparing and presenting high-quality client materials, including pitch books and investment memoranda
