We're currently partnering with a leading private equity team focused on B2B technology and technology-enabled services investments across North America and Europe. The team is looking to hire an Associate to support their continued growth.
This role offers the chance to work in a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on environment, partnering closely with experienced investors across the full deal lifecycle - from sourcing through execution and portfolio value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support deal sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities
• Lead and assist in due diligence (market analysis, financial modeling, competitive positioning)
• Participate in transaction execution and structuring
• Work closely with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives
Investment Focus:
The team invests behind major technology tailwinds, including:
• Semiconductors
• Enterprise software
• Fintech
• Cloud and tech-enabled services
Ideal Background:
• 2-4 years of experience in Technology Investment Banking or an M&A role
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skillset
• Interest in technology investing and private markets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lean team environment
