Role: Investment Banking Analyst
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 base plus competitive bonus
Firm Overview: We are currently working with a high performing and growth oriented middle market investment bank based in Dallas, TX looking to add an Analyst to their active deal team! This firm has been around for 25 years and has established an incredible market reputation, resulting in a consistantly robust M&A pipeline. As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking an Analyst to join the firm for the long term to assist in completing active deals and contribute to the growth of the firm. This is an amazing opportunity for a junior banker to join a team where they will work closely and collaboratively with the Senior leaders at the firm and gain valuable M&A experience.
The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
- Building financial models and completing financial due diligence
- Creating and presenting marketing materials
- Assisting senior leaders on the execution of M&A transactions
- Working across different active transactions across a variety of different industry sectors
The Investment Banking Analyst should have:
- At least one year of experience in M&A/Finance
- A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative problem solving skills
- Currently located or open to relocating to Dallas, TX
