Company Overview: Our client is a highly respected and growing Private Equity team here in Dallas. Founded by industry veterans a few years back, they are quickly establishing themselves as a key player in the space.
Position overview: The team is looking to bring on 2-3 Associates in 2026, as a result of the strong performance they've had this year. They are seeking highly motivated Investment Banking Analysts/Associates to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be coming from an investment banking group (M&A) and have strong financial and analytical skills. As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio management activities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related
- 1-3 years of Investment Banking (M&A) or direct buy-side experience
- Strong financial modeling skills, and familiarity with building LBOs from scratch
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and industry assessments to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Perform comprehensive due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment
- Assist in all aspects of deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, drafting investment memos and presentations
