Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as an Investment Banking Experienced Analyst, based in New York, NY. The role involves financial modeling, conducting in-depth analyses, preparing presentations, and supporting clients in their M&A processes. Responsibilities include undertaking due diligence, assisting with transaction execution, creating valuations, and delivering insights to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and market trends
- Experience with due diligence and transaction processes
- Proficiency in finance and a strong understanding of investment banking and accounting principles
- Efficient communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Comfortable with direct exposure to senior bankers and clients
- Experience using AI is a plus
- Experience in M&A or relevant investment banking roles is a must
