We are seeking a motivated Private Equity Associate to join our Industrials investment team. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, supporting portfolio companies, and assisting with exit strategies. The Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals and management teams to drive value creation across industrial businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment opportunities across industrial sectors, including manufacturing, industrial services, infrastructure, and value-added distribution.
- Build and maintain financial models, including LBO, valuation, and operating models.
- Conduct financial, commercial, and industry due diligence.
- Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and transaction analyses.
- Support transaction execution by coordinating with advisors, lenders, and legal counsel.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with strategic and operational initiatives.
- Research industries, market trends, and acquisition opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in investing in industrial and middle-market businesses.
