We are working with a lower middle market private equity firm looking to hire a Private Equity Associate to join its investment team in Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities
- Build financial and LBO models
- Support due diligence and transaction execution
- Work closely with senior investment professionals
Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of investment banking or private equity experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Sector-agnostic backgrounds considered; industrials experience is a plus
Ideal Candidate
- Investment Banking Analyst or PE Associate
- Based in NYC or Chicago with an interest in relocating to Cleveland
- Strong preference for candidates with ties to Cleveland/Ohio
