Job Function / Summary
Responsibilities include the posting and verifying of participation payments, creating and managing of participation spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy, facilitating the transfer of funds by sending/receiving wire transfers and collaborating with external financial institutions to resolve outstanding issues.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and maintenance of participation loans within the bank’s core operating system
- Posting and verification of participation payments
- Preparation of external wire transfers and posting of incoming wire transfers
- Collaboration with lenders across internal departments and external financial institutions
- Creation and reconciliation of participation reports monthly
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
