The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst to join our investment banking team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to high-impact transactions and work with dynamic, high-growth companies in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client engagements and transactions as part of the investment banking team
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to drive project success
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials for current and prospective clients
- Contribute to mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and equity follow-on offerings
- Conduct valuation and financial modeling analyses for clients and target companies
- Develop creative solutions to complex business challenges
- Analyze financial statements, review business plans, and conduct market research
- Manage due diligence processes, including virtual data room setup and Q&A coordination

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field with a strong academic record (minimum preferred GPA of 3.5)
- Proficiency in financial modeling and financial accounting
- Prior experience or internships in finance or relevant roles within life sciences organization, required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages is a plus
