What You’ll Do
- Grow relationships: Maintain and expand relationships with assigned clients through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Drive new business: Identify prospects and conduct outreach to attract new retail, commercial, trust, and investment clients.
- Deliver tailored solutions: Recommend financial products and services based on client goals and changing needs.
- Meet growth targets: Set and achieve personal sales goals in deposits, loans, and trust services.
- Develop call plans: Build and maintain structured client engagement strategies that include regular contact and follow-ups.
- Track trends: Advise clients on business and economic developments to help guide financial decisions.
- Coach sales skills: Support the development of retail sales teams through training, mentoring, and real-time coaching.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration: Refer clients to internal experts and work across departments to ensure service excellence.
- Engage your community: Represent First Financial Bank through active involvement in community groups, events, and volunteer efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with a strong background in retail and commercial client relationships.
- Experience analyzing commercial credit and recommending credit solutions strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in business development and sales coaching.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet goals, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel regularly to banking centers within the Bank's footprint.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
- Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
