General Summary
Provides administrative, production, and sales support to one or more Mortgage Loan Originators. Under the direction of the Mortgage Loan Origination Manager, acts as a liaison between Originators, in-process customers, and Loan Operations department.
Essential Functions/Major Duties
Assist in obtaining necessary information to guide applicants through the mortgage process.
Enter customer loan data into MortgageBot, scan documents, pull credit, prepare Loan Estimates, stack files and identify items still needed
Determine how the customer wants to receive the Closing Disclosure and inform the Processor
Assist Originators with clearing conditions
Assist customers/contractors in preparing construction draw schedules that meet TSB specifications
Meet with customers to review Closing Disclosures
Attend closings when needed
Process construction draws after loan closing
Assist with developing and modifying procedures for entering loans into Desktop Underwriter as changes occur
Assist with coordination of weekly sales meetings.
Work with Customer Service Center and Originators to provide consistent coverage when Originators are unavailable.

Minimum Qualifications
Job Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Eligible to obtain an NMLS number
Obtain thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all Bank retail lending products and services.
Working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures that impact mortgage lending.
Considerable knowledge of all federal and state lending regulations
Ability to communicate effectively with all contacts; ability to read, write and speak English effectively.
Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, simple analysis).
Ability to view and analyze problems from different angles, and to identify and solve issues.
Ability to establish work priorities and remain flexible; ability to respond in an effective manner to a variety of demands in fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt effectively to change.
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, multi-tasking and accuracy skills.

Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Six (6) Months Experience In Related Positions Preferred.
An Associates degree in a related field of study normally required, Bachelors degree preferred.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Completion of the Principles of Banking course between the first and third year of employment
