ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review all indirect loan packets received from dealers for completeness using established bank
guidelines
- Prepare and complete ACH transactions to fund dealers on reviewed loans
- Provide professional and courteous service to existing and newly acquired dealerships, external loan
clients and internal bank employees
- Request missing loan documents from dealers and/or underwriters
- Assist with setup of newly acquired dealerships
- Maintain dealer account numbers and other dealership information in an organized manner
- Assist the Loan Servicing department with obtaining outstanding titles from dealers
- Keep up to date on all compliance requirement regarding indirect loan contracts and supporting
documents
- Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money
Laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations.
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position
- Complete all other duties as assigned

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Mgt., Accounting or Finance
Preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in banking or financially related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service position
- One (1) year of experience in loan, or loan operations preferred- specifically indirect lending
- Proven customer service skills, direct contact and via phone
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet navigation/research, and Outlook is expected
