Our client, a local Twin Cities community bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to join a rapidly growing organization. This position will play a key role in the credit department, responsible for analysis at the highest level with great banking industry expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities are to partner with the portfolio managers, support daily credit activity, while preforming daily analysis, identifying risks and/or issues.
- Deep understanding of commercial credit analysis, financial statements, risk assessment.
- Ideal candidate will have expansive experience within banking with the ability to make sound credit and risk decisions that align with the bank.
- Draft documents, prepare for credit reviews, build proficiency in modeling, financial statements, perform analytical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or related education field.
- 2+ years of relevant banking commercial credit experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally at the bank.
