About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Analyst to support the investment team in evaluating and executing investments in middle-market companies.
This position works closely with investment professionals and business development teams, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build financial models and investment return analyses
- Conduct industry and company research
- Assist with due diligence and transaction execution
- Assist in preparing presentations and investment memorandums for the investment committee
- Work with the investment team on monitoring portfolio company performance, quarterly valuations, and add-on acquisitions
- Support business development teams as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience such as private equity, investment banking, commercial banking, business valuation, or similar fields
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously with minimum supervision
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
