Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will support senior bankers in all aspects of transaction execution, including financial modeling, market research, deal structuring, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for debt and equity transactions.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and offering memoranda.
- Support due diligence efforts and transaction execution across multiple mandates.
- Research industry trends, comparable transactions, and potential investors or acquirers.
- Maintain and organize deal documentation, data rooms, and CRM updates.
- Collaborate closely with senior bankers, analysts, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for relevant deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience as an investment banking analyst required.
- Experience in project finance.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
